    Your welcome email has a link to a simple form: homes and prices, floor plans, images, site plan and contact details.

    We build, you approve

    We build your page, check the Chinese and the map, and send you a preview. Nothing goes live until you approve.

    Send the link to buyers by WeChat, SMS or email. We update it as homes sell or prices change.

Today you pay the setup fee only. Your monthly fee starts on the day your page goes live, and we email you that day. It then renews monthly. No minimum term: cancel any time and service runs to the end of that paid month. No GST (not registered).

Questions agents ask.

Do I need my own website or domain?

No. Your page lives at its own link on computenotes.co. If you'd like your own web address, buy it and we'll connect it for you.

What do I need to send?

Your approved price list and availability, floor plans for each home, images you're allowed to use, the site plan, developer details, your agency licence number, and your WeChat ID or QR. The email after checkout lists everything.

What if a home sells or a price changes?

Reply to us with the change. Basic includes 1 update a month and Active up to 4; extra updates are A$29 each.

When does the monthly fee start?

On the day your page goes live after you approve it, not before. The first 7 days after purchase are the setup window; if your page isn't live by then, the window is extended and you still won't be charged the monthly fee until it is.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time, with no minimum term. Use the billing link in your emails or email us. Service runs to the end of the month you've paid for, then your page is taken down.

Do you guarantee enquiries or sales?

No. We provide the page and deliver every enquiry to you. Marketing and selling stay with you.
