We build and host a page for one property project ("your page") from our template, at its own link on computenotes.co (or a domain you own, which we can connect). It includes a list of homes, floor plans, a nearby-facilities map, an English/Chinese version, a repayment estimator, and an enquiry form that sends enquiries to the email you nominate. We provide technology only. We are not a real-estate agent, don't advertise or sell for you, and don't guarantee enquiries or sales.

All prices are in AUD. We are not registered for GST, so no GST is charged.

The monthly fee starts on the day your page goes live after you approve it, not before. We email you on that day. If your page isn't live within 7 days of purchase, for example because materials are still to come, we extend the setup period and still don't charge the monthly fee until it is live. After that, the fee renews automatically each month on the same date until you cancel.

You provide and approve all property information (prices, availability, areas, floor plans, images, site plan, developer details, agency and licence details) and confirm you have the right to publish it. You are responsible for its accuracy and for complying with laws that apply to property advertising, including NSW underquoting rules. Nothing is published until you approve it in writing, and we correct reported errors promptly.

We normally send your first preview within 3 business days of receiving complete materials. Delays in supplying materials or approving changes extend this. Setup includes one round of changes. Custom design work or features beyond the template aren't included.

There is no minimum term. Cancel any time by emailing hello@computenotes.co or using the billing link in our emails. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you've already paid for, and your page is then taken offline. We don't charge cancellation fees. If you cancel before your page goes live, no monthly fee is charged. The setup fee covers work already started and isn't refundable once work has begun, except where the law requires a refund.
无最低服务期，可随时邮件或通过账单链接取消，服务到已付月份结束，不收取消费。上线前取消不收月费。开通费在开始制作后不退，法律规定的情形除外。
Buyer enquiries are sent to you and stored by our email and form providers only to deliver them. You are responsible for how you use buyer information under privacy law. We don't sell or use buyer details for our own marketing.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. If something goes wrong, contact us first and we'll work to fix it.

We'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email of any price increase or material change. You can cancel before it takes effect.
